Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care is a plus — new grads welcome!

- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on care that promotes recovery and quality of life
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team
- Maintain documentation and productivity standards with excellence
