About The Position

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location: Lakeland, Florida Schedule: Monday–Friday Center Hours: 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience Incentives: $20,000 sign‑on bonus; $350/month student loan assistance Select Physical Therapy in Lakeland is expanding our outpatient team and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support a growing orthopedic caseload. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of patients, averaging 10–12 visits per day, within an environment that promotes clinical development and collaborative treatment planning. Our center provides access to a broad range of outpatient specialties, including orthopedic, neuro, sports medicine, hand therapy and dry needling. This setting allows therapists to build strong clinical skills while contributing to high-quality patient care. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
