About The Position
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. Our center is seeking a team-oriented Physical Therapist for Evaluations only who is dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. Essential Job Duties The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers. Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. Maintain a positive level of interaction with patients, peers, and families. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy
- National and state licensure REQUIRED to start
- Must have a Physical Therapist license
