About The Position

A workplace wellness clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist to support employees with mindfulness movement and stretching onsite at a corporate wellness clinic in San Francisco, CA. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution. This is a great opportunity for physical therapists who desire to improve daily lives and work performances for employees.

Requirements

• Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required.
• Current Physical Therapist License to practice in the state of California.
• Active basic life support (BLS) certification.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with workplace ergonomics, mindfulness movement and stretching.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to reliably commute to office in San Francisco, CA.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dry needling preferred, where permitted within the state’s scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide guidance on stretching activities and other activities that might help promote wellbeing / mindfulness.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Offer workplace ergonomic assessments.
• Respond to ad-hoc client needs through online chat.
• Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning.
