Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTAs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Acute Care partners in Lafayette, LA. Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and the care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Assist in providing therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment training, and activities to improve daily living skills. Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions. Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, home modifications, and techniques to enhance independence and safety. Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, therapy guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Louisiana
- 1+ year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
- BLS required
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
