As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide in-home therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve strength, mobility, safety, and independence. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Home health or community-based experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
