Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time Premier Wellness Centers Port St Lucie Florida- Tradition Who We Are Premier Wellness Centers is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic combining Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We focus on corrective care, functional outcomes, and delivering measurable results — not volume-based therapy. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team full time. This role works directly under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and alongside Chiropractic providers in a coordinated care model. Requirements
- Active Florida PTA license (required)
- Strong orthopedic and therapeutic exercise knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Clear communication and patient education ability
- High attention to detail in documentation
- Team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehab programs
- Perform therapeutic modalities within scope of practice
- Accurately document daily treatment notes in EMR
- Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance documentation standards
- Communicate patient progress with supervising PT
- Ensure timely chart completion and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment
