About The Position
The Corewell Health department of clinical neurosciences in Grand Rapids, Michigan is looking to add a physician with and interest in and compassion for treating patients with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Our multidisciplinary neurocognitive team practices in the outpatient setting and is growing . It currently includes two behavioral neurologists, a social worker, PharmD, and neuropsychologists. We're looking to add a neurologist, geriatrician, geriatric psychiatrist, or internal medicine physician with an interest in dementia to this growing team. Requirements
- LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
