The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The Practice Nestor Community Health Center – San Diego, California Vituity and Imperial Health Centers are partnering to provide Urgent Care services as their two health centers. The goal is to provide an integrated care model, providing patients with continuity of care in one place for their health journey. The urgent care provides patients with the opportunity to seek and obtain episodic care. The Community San Diego, California, is a vibrant coastal city celebrated for its perfect weather, stunning beaches, and rich cultural heritage. Requirements
- ED/UC experience required.
- Current national certification, DEA, BLS and ACLS are required.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Providers will be cross-credentialed at both Nestor Community Health Center and Imperial Beach Health Center Urgent Cares
