About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) Full Time - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Menopause Center of Excellence
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multidisciplinary team at the Cooper University Health Care Menopause Center of Excellence. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered clinical care to individuals navigating the menopause transition and beyond, while also contributing to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing outcomes in midlife women's health.

Requirements

• Experience treating midlife women, including familiarity with prescribing hormone replacement therapy/alternatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in Women's Health.
• Master’s Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree is required.
• New Jersy APN and RN or PA license; PA must be NCCPA; American Heart Association BLS
• Current certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner or willingness to certify within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to individuals experiencing perimenopause and menopause health concerns
• Perform appropriate health assessments and order tests and imaging to support care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle strategies, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mental health providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and educational sessions
