About The Position

About Bozeman Health Bozeman Health is a nonprofit, integrated health care system serving an 11-county region in Southwest Montana. Governed by a volunteer community board, it is the largest private employer in Gallatin County, with more than 2,900 employees and about 270 medical providers across a broad range of specialties. The system includes two medical centers — Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center and Bozeman Health Big Sky Medical Center — and two clinics, one in Bozeman and the other in neighboring Belgrade. Additional components include: Five urgent care and micro care clinics Bozeman Health Medical Group Highland Park Medical Campus Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living Outpatient service centers Clinical research programs Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center in Bozeman is a DNV-accredited Level III trauma center, offering 154-bed inpatient as well as a comprehensive outpatient facility. The facility also includes a 20-bed intensive care unit, operating rooms, 24/7 emergency and trauma care, and a Family Birth Center featuring Southwest Montana’s first neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Bozeman Health Belgrade Clinic Bozeman Health Belgrade Clinic keeps health care close to home for residents of Belgrade, Manhattan and Three Forks. Services include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, laboratory services, radiology, physical therapy, primary care and urology—with access to expanded specialty care through the broader Bozeman Health network. Clinical Growth and Innovation Bozeman Health has expanded clinical services in recent years, including gynecologic oncology, pediatric orthopedics, the Spine + Joint Institute and the Neurosurgery and Spine center. The system also opened a new adult inpatient psychiatric unit in 2025 and is continuing development of additional service lines. Compensation and Benefits This is an employed, salaried position with incentive and quality-based compensation, and sign-on bonus opportunities.
