About Bozeman Health Bozeman Health is a nonprofit, integrated health care system serving an 11-county region in Southwest Montana. Governed by a volunteer community board, it is the largest private employer in Gallatin County, with more than 2,900 employees and about 270 medical providers across a broad range of specialties. Bozeman Health Belgrade Clinic Bozeman Health Belgrade Clinic keeps health care close to home for residents of Belgrade, Manhattan and Three Forks. Services include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, laboratory services, radiology, physical therapy, primary care and urology—with access to expanded specialty care through the broader Bozeman Health network. Clinical Growth and Innovation Bozeman Health has expanded clinical services in recent years, including gynecologic oncology, pediatric orthopedics, the Spine + Joint Institute and the Neurosurgery and Spine center. The system also opened a new adult inpatient psychiatric unit in 2025 and is continuing development of additional service lines.
