POSITION OVERVIEW We have three (3) immediate openings for Core Faculty members in our Family Medicine Residency Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a progressive and collaborative team committed to training and developing future family practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, leadership, and clinical excellence in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

Actively teach and mentor residents and medical students in inpatient and outpatient clinical practice
Oversee the education and performance of residents and medical students.
Supervise outpatient prenatal care provided by residents.
Participate in Optional inpatient rounding with residents approximately every 4–6 weeks (subject to faculty schedules)
Deliver 8–12 lectures annually on key Family Medicine topics.
Regularly review and enhance the residency curriculum.
Lead and contribute to residency committees.
Oversee quality improvement projects across the residency program.
Serve as an advisor and mentor, providing guidance to residents.
Perform and supervise common outpatient procedures, including: Musculoskeletal procedures Dermatologic procedures Gynecologic procedures (Pap smears, contraception procedures, colposcopy)
