About The Position
St. Francis Medical Center is searching for a Board Certified Family Medicine or FM/OB Physician to serve as our Outpatient Clinical Director for our developing Family Medicine Residency Program! With our accreditation from ACGME, our program is set to go-live in July 2026. With this position, you would be at the forefront of curating the culture in a new family residency program in beautiful North Louisiana. Highlights of the Position: Precepting, Teaching, & Advising Residents at our Outpatient Continuity Clinic This clinic will provide full spectrum care including obstetrics. Involvement in the Curriculum Development & Assists in Applying Theory to Practice Dynamic and engaged Program Director and Academic Affairs Director for maximum program support.
