About The Position

Premier Health is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our Provider Recruitment Department. In this role, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts for physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties, including sourcing candidates, managing interviews, coordinating site visits, and guiding candidates through the offer and onboarding process. Your work directly supports the growth of our clinical teams and ensures our patients continue to receive high‑quality care throughout the Dayton, OH region. As a key partner to service line leaders, practice managers, and medical staff, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Recruitment experience required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Computer proficient with knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, databases
  • Relationship building and recruitment with residents/fellows
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required.
  • Must be outgoing and mature enough to work with all levels of the organization which includes physicians, upper management and hospital staff.
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and bring closure to multiple projects with many disruptions.
  • Negotiation and diplomacy skills are necessary.
  • Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, database) highly desirable.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 - 5 years of healthcare and/or provider recruitment experience preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing/public relations techniques, especially sales
  • Knowledge of the medical community preferred
