This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to building a positive, accountable team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and clinical office operations
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and practice management software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a positive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staffing
  • Supervise, train, and support clinical and administrative staff, including performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
  • Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, billing processes, and insurance workflows
  • Maintain accurate patient records and oversee EHR and data management systems
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to optimize patient care and operational effectiveness
  • Address patient questions or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts as needed
