Requirements
- Certified Expertise – 400+ hour Pilates certification
- Local Commitment – Live within 15 miles of the teaching market
- Proven Experience – Prior group reformer teaching (8+ machines)
- Community Builders – Passion for culture, students, and connection
- Reliability & Energy – Commitment to minimum 4 shifts per week
Responsibilities
- Lead iconic NYP reformer classes with our signature programming.
- Teach a consistent schedule (minimum 4 shifts/week + subbing).
- Represent NYP with professionalism, charisma, and authentic style.
- Build community in class, online, and through events.
