Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with safety programs in manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and/or maneuver materials in excess of 40lbs. repetitively with a minimum of 10 hours per day.
- Prolonged standing and lifting for a minimum of 10 hours per day.
- Ability to withstand prolonged exposure to mildly hot and cold work environments.
- Ability to work within a face-paced, repetitive work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with safety programs in manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform work task with a safety mindset in compliance with company safety standards.
- Maintain company quality standards.
- Perform assigned tasks to include, laying out gel, waxing, cleaning, and/or pulling pillow product from injection molds using standard operating procedures.
- Identify potential quality defects in molded products and inform the machine operator.
- Follow all company policies considered as conditions of employment.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
