Key Responsibilities Mission Execution: Collaborate with medical crews to safely transport customers to and from various locations and medical facilities. Aircraft Readiness: Maintain aircraft in a state of mission-readiness, adhering to all FARs, company manuals, and cleanliness standards. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain meticulous record-keeping, including load manifests, shift logs, and regulatory documentation. Collaboration: Effectively communicate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, and healthcare partners to ensure seamless operations. Operational Handoff: Provide comprehensive shift-change briefings to transitioning pilots and record essential details on company change boards. Professional Development: Maintain all required certifications and actively participate in ongoing ground and air training. Reliability: Uphold elevated standards of punctuality, professionalism, and safety for every dispatch.
