About The Position

Key Responsibilities Mission Execution: Collaborate with medical crews to safely transport customers to and from various locations and medical facilities. Aircraft Readiness: Maintain aircraft in a state of mission-readiness, adhering to all FARs, company manuals, and cleanliness standards. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain meticulous record-keeping, including load manifests, shift logs, and regulatory documentation. Collaboration: Effectively communicate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, and healthcare partners to ensure seamless operations. Operational Handoff: Provide comprehensive shift-change briefings to transitioning pilots and record essential details on company change boards. Professional Development: Maintain all required certifications and actively participate in ongoing ground and air training. Reliability: Uphold elevated standards of punctuality, professionalism, and safety for every dispatch. Requirements

  • Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land (C-AMEL) is required.
  • Total Flight Time: 2,500 hours.
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours.
  • Specialized Time: 500 Cross Country; 100 Night; 75 Instrument (50 actual).
  • Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license.
  • Ability to provide detailed logbooks substantiating all reported flight hours.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED (Minimum); higher education preferred.
  • Single-pilot IFR experience is highly ideal.
  • Previous experience in medevac or cargo operations is preferred.
