Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pipe Layers for projects located in the Pittston, PA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Measure, cut, assemble, position, and connect pipes for water mains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, and other underground systems Trench digging Set grade stakes Read plans to ensure proper alignment, depth, and slope Use tools such as pipe lasers, levels, tampers, saws, and shovels Ensure proper bedding, backfilling, joint sealing, and maintaining trench safety while communicating with equipment operators

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, position, and connect pipes for water mains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, and other underground systems
• Trench digging
• Set grade stakes
• Read plans to ensure proper alignment, depth, and slope
• Use tools such as pipe lasers, levels, tampers, saws, and shovels
• Ensure proper bedding, backfilling, joint sealing, and maintaining trench safety while communicating with equipment operators
