MSD is looking for a Pipefitter Foreman to join our team! The Pipefitter Foreman is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the execution, safety, and overall success of on-site piping operations. This individual leads a team of Journeymen and Apprentices through all phases of construction, ensuring work is completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A large portion of the role is focused on people leadership—assigning work, training and mentoring team members, and developing Apprentices—while also coordinating daily job site activities, managing schedules, ordering materials, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track. The Pipefitter Foreman conducts regular inspections, enforces strict safety standards, and ensures all work meets or exceeds expectations, all while maintaining clear communication and accountability across the team.
