About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Operate pit equipment safely and efficiently to support production Perform pre‑shift inspections and basic equipment housekeeping Monitor material flow and communicate with team members to maintain productivity Assist with pit-area cleanup and general operational support Follow all safety policies and contribute to a strong safety-first culture
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate pit equipment safely and effectively
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and adherence to procedures
- Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced industrial environment
- Team-oriented mindset with reliable communication and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and sound situational awareness
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

- Operate pit equipment safely and efficiently to support production
