About The Position

Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for a Production Supervisor. This person will lead and directly manage assistant supervisors & coworkers in the Kwik Trip Kitchens Plant (Pizza Line) to ensure quality, safety, sanitation, and productivity expectations are met. This individual will:Ensure plant safetyProvide safety coordinator support in:Programs, development, policies, procedures, etc.Coworker compliance and training records-JSARoutine plant safety auditingAccident documentation reviewDaily plant auditing for both QA and Safety deficienciesSign-off as reviewer on HACCP forms and documentsReview daily QA paperworkReport or initiate action related to food safety and quality issuesGMP enforcement policies and proceduresOverall Supervisor of their production lineCoworker scheduling, training (mentoring in all areas including safety, food safety, line efficiencies) and issue resolutionConduct Year-end reviewsAssist in scheduling of all production to their departmentParticipate in day-to-day business planning/decision making for operationAttend required meetingsCommunicate product inventory issuesReview plant productivity measuresAssist with and support all Improvement activities including:Developing Digital Standard WorkConduct A3 Practical Problem Solving ExercisesLead Daily Improvement Meetings (DIM)

Responsibilities
