About The Position

We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Placement Specialist to underwrite and produce business for clients with diverse insurance needs. This role specializes in providing tailored coverage solutions for homes, automobiles, watercraft, umbrella policies, and other specialty exposures. Operating nationwide with admitted and non-admitted carrier offerings, this position requires achieving monthly and quarterly production goals and collaborating with agents and carriers to ensure optimal placements.

Requirements

• Experience working with diverse insurance risks and personal lines coverages.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset with a focus on solutions.
• Proficiency in insurance systems, rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Insurance designations (CIC, CPRM, CISR, or similar) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and produce personal lines business for clients with diverse insurance needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly production goals to drive performance and growth.
• Collaborate with agents, clients, and carriers to address unique risks and deliver exceptional insurance solutions.
• Craft creative solutions using admitted and non-admitted carrier offerings within our brokerage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and secure competitive coverages.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and team efficiencies.
• Conduct detailed risk analysis to ensure profitable account management and placements.
• Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory guidelines while adhering to internal best practices.
