About The Position

Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking a Production Planner to join our growing team! The Production Planner is responsible for maintaining time cards, expenses, creating job folders, answering phones, filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager, Service Manager or Operations Planner. Planners demonstrate and support safe work practices while displaying proper conduct and integrity at all times. Requirements

  • 3+ years of clerical or office experience
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Office, accounting programs, and document storage software (NetSuite a plus)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer proficient
  • The qualified candidate will be able to pass drug, alcohol, background, and motor vehicle check.
