We are currently looking for an individual to fill the role of Planner/Buyer at our Chesterfield, MO facility. We offer a flexible 4-day work week with a 10 hour/day schedule. Qualified candidates should be organized, have excellent critical thinking and time management skills, and the ability to follow standard procedures and written instructions. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Organized
• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
• Ability to follow standard procedures and written instructions

Nice To Haves

• Production planning and/or procurement experience
• Lean and/or continuous improvement experience
• Degree in related field
• Familiarity with FAA PMA rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining work orders for production and kitting departments.
• Monitoring the master schedule as well as departmental schedules for issues and analyzing, reporting, and mitigating delays.
• Overseeing inventory levels and component shortages to facilitate the timely delivery of end products to customers.
• Reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions and demand to generate purchase orders.
• Ensuring timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on late orders.
• Maintaining the required flow of supply through purchase order date maintenance and coordination with suppliers.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and order acknowledgements.
• Acting as a backup for our planner and our buyer.
