Requirements

BA degree preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills required including Pivot Table
Retail math proficiency
Strong analytical skills
Time Management skills
Work well in a team environment
Self-starter
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Flexibility is also important as the daily routine may be impacted with special projects

Responsibilities

Maintain and update weekly financial reporting
Maintain OTB and revise plans to the trends and needs of the business.
Responsible for reviewing sales to stock ratios, communicating changing sales trends to maximize sales and profitability
Responsible for identifying door opportunities and risks based on weekly sales trends
Manage quarterly Market Share data
Setting up and maintaining seasonal sales tracker reporting
Identify outstanding doors – over performing and underperforming doors
Identify opportunities in performing doors
Identify issues/concerns in slow underperforming doors
Maintain relationship with field team
Act as liaison to field team for store visits
Run store visit recaps as needed
Run product analysis recaps by store as needed
Maintain replenishment reports
Create Ad Hoc departmental reports as needed
