Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Administer the company vision in your areas of responsibility and execute resolutions of complex issues as prescribed by leadership.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk situations or issues per the Basic Escalation Guide.
  • Refer issues to the correct stakeholder if they belong to a different area.
  • Resolve identified problems using the Situation Handling Guide.
  • Initiate input tickets or Problem Resolution Plans for problems.
  • Execute specified resolutions to problems as determined by the situation handling guide or problem resolution plans.
  • Handle urgent behavioral or performance-related employee issues as defined by the 'Boundaries of Engagement'.
  • Use designated processes, locations, and checklists to ensure required steps are properly completed, recording any issues in the input system.
  • Assist in the administration of schedules and assignments, providing feedback on adherence.
  • Collaborate with HR and PET teams to recruit, onboard, train, and retain talent, and assist in achieving a high-performance workforce.
  • Assist in interviews by offering technical proficiency and qualification feedback to the recruiting team.
  • Train employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Procure data inputs to maintain, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed by leadership.
  • Conduct assessments of 5S and PM assessments, contributing feedback to the performance review process.
  • Identify problems or suggestions for improvement in areas outside direct responsibility that require input tickets.
