Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, information systems or another applicable field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or supply-chain related field
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Data Analysis
  • MRP/Enterprise Resource Program
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel
  • Database Query/Reporting
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Report Development
  • Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays
  • Frequent (>75% fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
  • Onsite: Office environment with assigned workstation
  • Remote positions only: Home office environment with minimum distractions

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
  • AATB CTBS Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develops queries, reports, and analysis to support supply chain activities including inventory production levels to ensure on-time delivery of product to both internal and external customers
  • Leads the Planning & Analysis team by setting priorities, coordinating workload, and ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Monitors inventory and production flow, proactively supports adjustments to the production plan, and communicates any potential customer impacts
  • Oversees production capacity, output, expense, and inventory forecasting for the monthly Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) process
  • Supports monthly and ongoing updates to production plan with a high level of customer service
  • Performs production and capacity planning analysis, develops operations metrics, and provides support for continuous improvement
  • Provides analysis and reporting support for tissue yield and resource optimization initiatives
  • Oversees standard cost updates and performs cost estimates and analyses for new products and operations improvement projects
  • Conducts financial analyses for project payback and return on investment (ROI)
  • Supports quality assurance and system through historical data analysis to support audits, statistical modeling, and design of experiments
  • Builds effective relationships and provides a high level of customer service with all RTI departments at all levels
  • Other duties as assigned
