Responsibilities

  • Creates and manages the schedules/activities needed for the Development of New and Carry over Products during the Spring and Fall Marketing Cycles.
  • Manages the activities of Cross-Functional Teams to Support the Product Launch in time
  • Define Development Schedules for Licensed and not Licensed Product
  • Execute, Follow Up and Adjust Schedules to Ensure Timely Launch of new Products.
  • Prioritize Activities of Cross-Functional Teams
  • Resolve issues / Recommend Solutions in order to maintain schedules.
  • Lead weekly Team Meetings to ensure communication among Cross-Functional Teams.
