About The Position

Material Requests and Management Daily use of all systems required to perform job functions. Primarily Monarch Recognize and understand componentry and component codes for accurate material selection. Supply production floor with sufficient material volumes to support run rates. Provide accurate priorities to the Warehouse in a timely fashion through consistent collaboration and follow up with the planning team. Clear and accurate escalation of operational issues like material shortages to the planning team Review run sheet and add notes or instruction as required. Validate BOM items and usage within fill and assembly steps to ensure complete material picks are made to the production floor. Manage non inventory items and work with warehouse once a month to update quantities. Manage inventory of WIPs and excess materials. Provide disposition to warehouse through collaboration with purchasing team. Reporting Consistent review of orders to identify firm work as well as escalate potential risks to the planning team. Maintain accurate component availability dates in planning backlog. Regularly circulate planning reports to all responsible parties. Compile and publish KPI report weekly. Logistics and Supply Chain Main point of contact to warehouse for materials management and material deadline dates. Understand space constraints and actively collaborate with warehouse team for efficient use of space and transport. Manage intercompany material transfers. Order print mats for production in sufficient time to support the production schedule.
