About The Position

At BuzzBallz , we’re growing fast— and behind every successful product shipment is a planning leader ensuring the right product is made at the right time, at the right cost. We’re looking for a Planning Manager to lead our Production Planning, Scheduling, and Customer Service functions , ensuring we meet customer demand while maintaining world- class standards for safety, quality, and operational efficiency . This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership to optimize inventory strategies, improve production efficiency, and support the continued growth of our priority brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5– 10 years of experience using manufacturing planning systems ( ERP, MRP, MPS, or WMS)
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem- solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience in CPG or alcohol beverage manufacturing
• Knowledge of import/ export regulations ( FDA, U. S. Customs)
• APICS or Six Sigma certification
• MBA

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Planning & Scheduling
• Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure product availability while minimizing costs and inventory risk.
• Align production plans with demand forecasts and customer commitments.
• Manage ERP/ MRP planning systems to drive efficient production workflows.
• Drive Operational Excellence
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Optimize inventory strategy to balance customer service levels and working capital.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve production flow and capacity planning.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
• Lead the customer service team to ensure exceptional service for both internal and external customers.
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships across sales, logistics, and operations.
• Support Strategic Growth
• Manage and prioritize key initiatives that support growth of Priority Brands , which represent a major driver of company revenue.
• Ensure production plans align with volume targets, ship dates, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and Lead Your Team
• Coach and develop team members through performance management and structured feedback.
• Support professional development through goal setting, skill development, and leadership guidance.
