About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-driven Planning Services Manager to oversee planner onboarding, contract management, and ongoing training development. This role is responsible for ensuring planners are fully equipped, supported, and aligned with company standards from day one. The Planning Services Manager will manage contract distribution and execution, serve as a key internal resource for planner questions, and build scalable training systems that elevate consistency, efficiency, and service quality across the planning team. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about operational excellence within a client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, team management, or planning services
  • Strong experience with contract management and documentation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement systems and procedures
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and digital documentation platforms

  • Experience working in a remote team environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding process for new planners from offer acceptance through full integration
  • Ensure new team members are trained on systems, processes, brand standards, and client experience expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for planner questions and internal guidance
  • Provide ongoing support to planners to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Prepare, send, and manage planner and service contracts
  • Track contract execution and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized digital contract records and compliance systems
  • Coordinate with leadership on contract updates or revisions as needed
  • Develop and document internal training procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Create scalable systems to improve planning efficiency and consistency
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions
  • Maintain updated training materials and internal resources
  • Support leadership in refining planning workflows and service delivery standards
