What You’ll Be Doing Operate the scale system to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing materials. Assist customers, drivers, and plant personnel with ticketing, orders, and inquiries. Maintain organized records, including scale tickets, reports, and daily logs. Support inventory tracking and production data entry with accuracy and consistency. Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient plant and office operations. What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data systems. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and team members. Capability to learn scale operations, inventory processes, and plant procedures. Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to adapt to new systems. Commitment to safety, reliability, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Work Environment This role is based at an operational aggregate quarry site, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic environment near heavy equipment, varying weather conditions, and periods of high‑volume customer and truck activity. Office and scale house work will be the primary setting, with routine interaction across plant operations.
