Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound truck weighing, verify load details, issue tickets, and maintain accurate scale records to support inventory and billing.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for drivers, vendors and customers, providing clear information and resolving routine questions or issues.
  • Perform plant administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document control, timekeeping, and preparation of daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management to ensure accurate scheduling, material availability, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain organized logs, tickets, and documentation to support audits, compliance requirements, and operational reporting
  • Support workflow efficiency by identifying discrepancies, addressing ticket or load issues, and assisting with continuous improvement of administrative processes.
