Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance controlling and accounting
- English: advanced level required
- Proficiency in SAP, HFM, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver financial insights to operational leadership
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to interact with internal and external auditors
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making competencies
Responsibilities
- Ensure and optimize plant management and finance activities
- Track and analyze plant profitability versus budget targets
- Prepare, validate, and follow up on plant budgets with all departments
- Manage monthly closing, rolling forecasts, risks and opportunities, and regional reporting
- Monitor and validate plant investments and capital expenditures per group standards
- Supervise productivity and cost‑control initiatives to ensure accurate production costs
- Coordinate the accounting team to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
- Oversee and optimize the plant’s information system and IT budget
- Lead team development, workload planning, and performance management
- Manage IMS process reviews, KPIs, procedure updates, and corrective actions as process owner
