Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance controlling and accounting
  • English: advanced level required
  • Proficiency in SAP, HFM, and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver financial insights to operational leadership
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to interact with internal and external auditors
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making competencies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure and optimize plant management and finance activities
  • Track and analyze plant profitability versus budget targets
  • Prepare, validate, and follow up on plant budgets with all departments
  • Manage monthly closing, rolling forecasts, risks and opportunities, and regional reporting
  • Monitor and validate plant investments and capital expenditures per group standards
  • Supervise productivity and cost‑control initiatives to ensure accurate production costs
  • Coordinate the accounting team to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Oversee and optimize the plant’s information system and IT budget
  • Lead team development, workload planning, and performance management
  • Manage IMS process reviews, KPIs, procedure updates, and corrective actions as process owner
