Role snapshot Location: Export, PA Reports to: Production Manager or designee Environment: Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing facility; a mix of office work and hands-on tasks.

Requirements

• Comprehensive technical fluency with manufacturing equipment and industrial systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Leadership strengths: team motivation, clear direction, accountability.
• Organizational discipline: workload prioritization, scheduling, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication with peers, production, and external partners.
• Resourceful problem solver with a bias for practical solutions.
• 3 years of manufacturing maintenance supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
• Experience using electronic maintenance programs (such as CMMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership: Assign tasks, coach technicians, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
• Maintenance planning: Schedule inspections, preventive work, and repairs for facilities and production equipment.
• Technical oversight: Provide guidance on hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry; ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Budget stewardship: Track spend, manage costs, and operate within budget targets.
• Inventory control: Maintain the right level of parts, tools, and consumables.
• Rapid troubleshooting: Resolve equipment issues; engage and manage external contractors when needed.
• Reporting and metrics: Document activities, highlight risks, and communicate progress on projects and work orders.
