About The Position
What You’ll Be Doing Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility. Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development. Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance. Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards. Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets. What Are We Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
