About The Position

Operate and monitor cement plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. Perform routine inspections and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance. Identify and report equipment issues to support timely maintenance and repairs. Follow established procedures to maintain quality standards and operational reliability. Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safe work practices.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial equipment in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and operational consistency.
• Problem‑solving skills to identify irregularities and take appropriate action.
• Capability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn plant systems, processes, and safety protocols.
