Plant Operator – Get Your Hands Dirty (in a Good Way) What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Superpowers): This role is all about keeping our depackaging operation humming. You’ll unload and stage product, run depackaging equipment like a pro, knock out required paperwork, and keep things moving efficiently. If you love machines, momentum, and making things work better every day—you’ll fit right in. Run depackaging and production equipment while maximizing uptime (because idle machines are sad machines) Safely operate various machines in compliance with safety, energy, and environmental regulations Monitor material flow, gauges, meters, temperatures, and pressures to keep operations dialed in Turn valves, push buttons, pull levers, and make the magic happen—mixing, separating, transferring, filtering, you name it Adjust machine controls to keep materials flowing smoothly and efficiently Keep a sharp eye on the process and jump in when adjustments are needed Report equipment issues before they become big issues Help maintain clean tools, tidy workspaces, and good plant karma Pitch in wherever needed—teamwork makes the plant work Support company sustainability initiatives (saving the planet is kind of our thing) Bring a positive attitude and contribute to a productive, can-do environment 🛠 What We’re Looking For: Previous experience operating a centrifuge is a big plus Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move heavy items, climb fixed ladders safely, and handle hot, occasionally funky environments Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced production setting Solid multitasking and prioritization skills Experience using hand tools and industrial equipment A valid driver’s license Strong communication skills—especially with the management team A good attitude (non-negotiable) Maturity, focus, and attention to safety at all times Commitment to following all company policies and procedures Pride in keeping tools and work areas clean and organized Apply today and help us turn used cooking oil into something better!
