About The Position
The Plant Palletizer - receives dairy products from the milk processing plant and assembles containers in the refrigerated warehouse on pallets according to specific type, size and category. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Assists machine operators. Requires using hands to grip a metal case hook for repetitive pulling/pushing of heavy stacks of milk weighing up to 330lbs across diamond plate platform; must be physically able to lift up to 75lbs on occasion. May work on the empty case dock moving stacks of empty cases as needed. Work is conducted in a cold environment which averages 35 degrees Fahrenheit. May work outdoors. Provides quality control, housekeeping and other duties as assigned. Requires the ability to speak and understand English.
