Your Impact Provide immediate, hands-on supervision to utilities technicians. Assign tasks, verify progress at frequent intervals, and maintain daily/weekly schedules. Act as a working leader—balancing leadership with individual technical work as needed. Plan and schedule maintenance activities based on available resources and priorities. Serve as the facility’s utilities subject-matter expert for troubleshooting and resolution. Manage multiple people and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Model servant leadership and strong customer service to all internal stakeholders. Coach employees to reach organizational goals and performance standards. Handle competing priorities with time, staffing, and equipment constraints professionally. Schedule & Other Details Weekend or overtime work may be required as determined by management. Other duties as assigned.
