The operator is responsible for monitoring equipment performance, making necessary adjustments, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in operating specific machinery such as overhead cranes or mold machines.
• Experience with deburring and band saw operations.
• Previous experience in durable goods manufacturing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery, including assembly lines, press machines, and mold machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Utilize overhead cranes and clamp trucks to safely move materials and products throughout the production area.
