Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant training or experience in plastics fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic proficiency with hand tools, small power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials or components as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts to create complete units or subassemblies following detailed instructions and diagrams.
  • Utilize hand tools, small power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform rework or reassembly of units when required to meet quality and production standards.
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
  • Communicate any issues, delays, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
