About The Position

We are looking for individuals to fill Operator and General Assembly positions in a manufacturing setting. Candidates must have strong work ethic, attendance and desire to perform well during their shifts. Job Duties: Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion or rotational molding machines to ensure consistent, high-quality production output. Prepare raw materials, load molds or hoppers, and verify proper material flow throughout the production run. Perform regular quality checks, including dimensional measurements and visual inspections, to ensure products meet specifications. Troubleshoot basic machine issues, make minor adjustments, and promptly report mechanical or quality concerns. Maintain accurate production documentation, labeling, and material usage logs. Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and equipment lockout/tagout requirements to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles.
  • Ability work in high temperature work environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • 1-2 years in last position is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate with basic arithmetic and metrology, using measuring instruments such as rulers, tape measure and other quality tools at the line.
  • Ability to operate common packaging equipment
  • Ability to read prints and quality expectations
  • Ability to read and understand work order information
  • Ability to perform basic quality checks using gages and required measuring tools

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years in last position is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is not required.
