About The Position

The Platform Engineering Manager is a strategic leader who effectively cascades functional strategy and contributes to development of organizational policies in the areas of Platform Engineering and Product Application Security Engineering. The incumbent translates business segment strategy info functional plans and guides execution to ensure high performance and reliability of the company’s cloud and on-premises systems. They lead teams to develop new methods and solve complex matters to create systems that are secure by design and to anticipate and reconcile complex security challenges. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Bachelor’s degree or higher in the information technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in IT.
7+ years of experience in IT
3+ years of experience managing direct reports

Drives the strategy and success of larger projects which contribute to multiple areas of the organization.
