About your role: You will support the stability, scalability, and security of critical cyber security and infrastructure environments. This role sits at the intersection of operations, production assurance, environment management, and security technology support—helping ensure platforms are ready for new implementations, upgrades, and global operating models. What you’ll do: Perform eyes-on-glass monitoring of system and technology events using industry-standard event presentation tools. Triage incoming emails and operational communications to ensure required actions are taken. Provide daily operational support for production systems and services to maintain reliability and availability. Monitor system performance using tools such as Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Google SecOps, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and related platforms to detect anomalies and take corrective actions. Attend status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and support activity updates to stakeholders. Document production issues, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations, contributing to a shared knowledge base. Support incident, problem, and change management activities using IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools. Contribute to process improvements to enhance system performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise-level support and system administration.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms, with exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker/container technologies, and web services (e.g., Apache, IIS).
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and Group Policy (GPO).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSH).
  • Familiarity with IT security frameworks and security best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting cyber security platforms in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
  • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and/or key management systems.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes in production operations.
