About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings using evidence-based, compassionate care. This is an entry-level position, and we provide full training—but this is not an easy job. It is emotionally and physically demanding, requires consistency, and is best suited for individuals who are resilient, motivated, and eager to grow in a clinical environment. Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
  • Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
  • Remaining calm, regulated, and engaged during difficult moments
  • Accurate data collection and documentation
  • Professional communication with supervisors and families
  • Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
  • Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings
