About The Position

Playmakers-also known as Game Coaches-serve as the front-line hosts of the PLAY Playground experience. You will welcome guests, facilitate interactive games, support venue flow, and bring the energy that makes PLAY unforgettable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in entertainment, attractions, amusement parks, or high‑volume hospitality.
• Experience facilitating games or interactive entertainment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and a timely welcome.
• Guide guests to assigned games, explain rules, and facilitate gameplay.
• Maintain an upbeat, fun, and playful environment throughout the guest experience.
• Upsell tickets, packages, or upgrades as appropriate.
• Address guest questions or concerns and communicate needs to leadership.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and reset games, rides, and interactive stations.
• Follow all equipment handling and safety procedures.
• Report malfunctions or incidents promptly to management.
• Keep game areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Comply with all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong communication with teammates and leadership.
• Support smooth venue flow during high‑volume periods.
