About The Position

Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) is a global leader in the aerospace industry, headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec. We manufacture next-generation engines that power the world’s largest fleet of business, general aviation, and regional aircraft and helicopters. For nearly 100 years, we have pioneered advancements in engine development, supporting cargo and equipment, transportation, wildfire suppression, and passenger travel. Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking a PLM BOM Management Value Stream Owner to lead the deployment of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DX (Delmia) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution with accountability for the Bill of Materials (BOM) management value stream. This role is critical to enabling the digital thread by ensuring that engineering, manufacturing, and service BOMs are seamlessly connected and consistently managed across the lifecycle. You will provide end-to-end ownership of BOM creation, transformation, and alignment from engineering definition through manufacturing, assembly, and sustainment. As the Value Stream Owner, you will drive process transformation by maximizing the use of out-of-the-box 3DX Delmia capabilities. You will ensure that configuration and, when necessary, customization are applied consistently across the BOM management value stream, enabling standardization, traceability, and efficiency. The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in PLM, ERP, or product data management (PDM), with a focus on BOM or configuration management.
  • Hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DX (Delmia, ENOVIA, CATIA) or other PLM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM structures and their integration across the product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process transformation and align BOM practices with enterprise PLM capabilities.
  • Experience enabling digital thread connectivity across engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment domains.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience with large-scale system implementations, including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Prior experience with PLM or ERP transformation programs is highly desirable.
  • This position is in a French-speaking work environment, but requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may come from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international customers, suppliers or colleagues.

Responsibilities
