The Application Software team is responsible for the operating system of Zipline – we develop and maintain the critical applications that power the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and service of our drone delivery system. We support systems across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, and other operational teams to ensure our tools scale with the needs of the business. We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems Analyst to support and maintain our suite of engineering tools, including Teamcenter, NX, StarCCM+, and other Siemens applications. In this role, you will ensure system reliability, manage configurations, oversee user administration, and drive day-to-day operational support. You will field and resolve L1/L2 support tickets, partner with Siemens on escalations, maintain documentation, and help optimize the user experience for engineering and operations teams. We are seeking an intelligent, resourceful, proactive, and collaborative individual who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to contribute to a mission with real-world impact. You will take ownership of issues end-to-end, partnering closely with engineers, IT, and external vendors to maintain stable, secure, and efficient engineering systems. Your focus on improving our experience with Siemens tools will drive system stability, reduce time to resolution on key issues, minimize disruptions, and enable users to stay productive.
